Privacy Protection
This policy explains how Prompt-Score™ Beta V1 handles personal data according to EU GDPR/DSGVO.
1) Controller

E-mail: info@prompt-score.com
2) What V1 does (and doesn’t) collect
- Prompts & results: In Beta V1, all scoring runs locally in your browser. We do not transmit prompt content or scores to a server.
- Server logs: Standard webserver logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated regularly.
- Contact form: Messages you send via the contact form are used solely to process your request.
- Analytics (optional): If enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics tool (e.g., Plausible) that aggregates usage without tracking individuals.
3) Legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Providing the website and security logs: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Responding to contact requests: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Analytics (if used): legitimate interests in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)), implemented without cookies or cross-site tracking.
4) Retention
Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and comply with statutory retention duties. Server logs are kept for a short, reasonable period for security/diagnostics.
5) Processors & transfers
We may use EU/EEA-based hosting or privacy-friendly analytics providers under data processing agreements. No prompt content is sent to servers in V1. If data leaves the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) are applied.
6) Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@prompt-score.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7) Transparency
At Prompt-Score™, privacy is not a checkbox — it’s a principle. We believe you should be able to use our tools without being tracked, profiled, or followed across the internet.
Prompt-Score™ does not use cookies, fingerprinting, advertisements, or any form of behavioral tracking. We do not sell, share, or trade any personal data. Your prompts, scores, and usage stay on your device unless you explicitly choose to send us something (e.g., via the contact form or “Email me this result”).
8) Privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics, a fully GDPR- and CCPA-compliant, privacy-focused analytics service based in the EU. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. All analytics data is strictly anonymous and aggregated.
The data collected is limited to:
- Page views
- Device type (desktop / mobile / tablet)
- Approximate region (no IP stored, only a non-identifiable hash)
- Referring websites (if any)
- Basic performance metrics (load times, errors)
This information helps us understand how Prompt-Score™ is used so we can improve speed, reliability, and usability — without compromising your privacy.
9) No cookies banner needed
Because we do not use cookies or personal tracking technologies, Prompt-Score™ does not require a cookie banner under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws. We value clean design and user trust over dark-pattern pop-ups.
10) Full control belongs to you
You are always in control. You can decide when and if you share your name, email, or prompt content. We never collect personal data without your action and consent.
11) Children
Prompt-Score™ is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Note: This page provides general information and does not constitute legal advice. We may update this policy as the product evolves (e.g., V2/V3 server features).
